'Shelter' refers to verified animal shelters, rescue organizations, and similar entities offering pets for adoption.

'Content' refers to any information, text, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Platform.

2.1. The Platform is available to Users 18 years or older.

2.2. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time.

2.4. Access to certain features may require registration or payment.

3.1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4.1. Our Platform facilitates pet adoptions but is not directly responsible for adoption outcomes.

4.3. Users must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding pet adoption.

4.4. Adoption fees are set by Shelters and may vary.

4.5. We do not guarantee the availability of any pet listed on the Platform.

5.1. Shelters must be legally authorized to operate in their jurisdiction.

5.2. Shelters must provide accurate and current information about available pets.

5.3. Shelters are responsible for verifying adopter eligibility.

5.4. We reserve the right to remove Shelter listings that violate these Terms.

6.1. Platform usage fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed.

6.2. Adoption fees are paid directly to Shelters.

6.3. All payments must be made through our approved payment processors.

6.4. Refund policies are determined by individual Shelters.

7.1. The Platform and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7.2. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us a license to use it.

7.3. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8.1. Users are responsible for their submitted content.

8.2. Prohibited content includes: misleading information, harmful content, spam, illegal content.

8.3. We reserve the right to remove any content violating these Terms.

9.1. Users may not: impersonate others, harass users, circumvent security measures.

9.2. Commercial solicitation is prohibited without our consent.

9.3. Automated access to the Platform is prohibited without our consent.

10.1. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your information.

10.2. Users consent to the collection and processing of their data.

10.3. We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data.

11.1. We are not liable for adoption outcomes or user disputes.

11.2. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from their use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another person or entity.
